In a nutshell, we’re here to help individuals and groups build communities that work.

As transformational, meaningful, and healing as having a healthy community can be, the hard truth of the matter is that building a resilient community is easier said than done. From structural issues involving buildings and shared space to relational challenges like deepening relationships and resolving conflict, most efforts at building community falter or die on the vine as a result of poor planning, unmanaged expectations, and just not having the right skill set.

We have plenty of experience with communities that don’t quite work, and we bet you do, too.
